What we do

Connect. Build. Empower. Sustain.

Four practices, one trust. Sustainable infrastructure, community assets, social development and measurable social value.

Sustainable infrastructure

01 · Sustainable infrastructure

Low-carbon, climate-resilient buildings, retrofit and civic infrastructure.

From whole-house retrofit to new community buildings, we design and deliver assets that cut carbon, survive the climate we have, and cost less to run. Fabric-first. Local labour. Measurable performance.

  • Deep retrofit and fabric-first upgrades
  • Climate-resilient new build
  • Energy, water and public realm
  • Net-zero pathway for existing stock
Community assets

02 · Community assets

Schools, clinics, water, sanitation, public spaces and community facilities.

Places people gather, learn, heal and play. We work with residents to specify, fund and deliver assets that stay in community hands, halls, hubs, gardens, sports and care spaces.

  • Community hubs and halls
  • Health and wellbeing spaces
  • Water, sanitation and public realm
  • Asset lock and community ownership
Social development

03 · Social development

Education, skills, health, wellbeing and opportunity.

Infrastructure is a means. We wrap every project with skills programmes, youth pathways, women's enterprise and wellbeing work so the building is never the whole story.

  • Youth and women's programmes
  • Skills academies on live sites
  • Health, sport and wellbeing
  • Local enterprise support
Social value

04 · Social value

Local employment, enterprise, training and measurable community impact.

We count what matters: jobs created, pounds kept local, tonnes of carbon avoided, hours of training, and whether people say the place feels like theirs. Social value is a design requirement, not a report at the end.

  • Local labour and supply chain
  • Apprenticeships on every site
  • TOMs and SROI reporting
  • Community wealth building

From brief to belonging

A simple sequence. Held carefully.

  1. 01

    Listen

Resident workshops, data, and a walk of the street.

  2. 02

    Specify

A brief the community can defend, cost, carbon, jobs.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Local labour, trainees on site, neighbours as clients.

  4. 04

    Belong

Ownership, maintenance, and skills that stay when we leave.
