Oak Community Hub
A timber-and-brick hub with clinic rooms, a hall, kitchen and courtyard, designed with the people who will run it.
Oak replaces a condemned prefab with a civic building that can host health clinics, youth sessions, worship, enterprise and a weekday café. The brief was written in six resident workshops. The asset will be held by a community land trust.
