Riverside Retrofit
A street-scale deep retrofit of 42 homes, warmer rooms, lower bills, and a skills academy on the doorstep.
Working with residents and the local authority, we are delivering fabric-first upgrades, heat-pump ready systems, solar where roofs allow, and a street that finally feels looked-after. Every trade package includes an apprenticeship seat. The community energy group will own the generation assets.
